Reminder: - Final Counts are due 10 days prior to your event. We will try our best to accommodate any increases, but they cannot be guaranteed.
We know it's A LOT of information, but it will really help for a smooth event! We use this information for your confirmation email the week of your event, so be on the lookout for that!
We HIGHLY recommend that you include extras in your final count submissions to us and we have a few valid reasons as to why. 1. The leading cause of stress the week of the event is last minute RSVP's. 2. Most venues don't set for your assigned seating arrangement. They will either set 8 or 10 chairs at each table, not the 6 chairs for the 6 guests you might be planning on at that particular table. 3. It is nearly impossible to think of EVERYTHING, so a few extras on the day of the event is always a good idea!
We will automatically round this number up to a divisible by 5 number
